"I generally stay at Holiday Inn when I travel somewhere. If there is one there, I choose it first. This one is not one of the best I've seen. The breakfast is mediocre. The rooms are not that modern. My mom came with me and she said that the beds were hurting her back. We had a service animal and they really harassed us about the animal. Our toilet stopped up and overflowed and it took us all day to get some resolution to that. I'm not much"
