"10/10 experience we came for a quick weekend getaway from Toronto and the staff, location and rooms were exceptional. Some of the best sleep we’ve had. Location is perfect close to all the best spots and newbury street. Shout out to Nick at the door for being so hospitable and taking us around. The Doormen were all great. This is one of the few hotels I’ve been to in a while where all the restaurants and bars on the property were buzzing with vibe ! Would recommend "

"A wonderful stay! The staff was great from the Valet parking and check in Staff to the personal text ssking if there was anything we needed. Hotel was great, our room was very nice and comfortable. A nice location with easy access off the hywy."

"The check in staff were not focused when I asked a question about how to get to the valet. They had me doing two different things, my questions were only about 5 minutes apart but apparently he didn’t remember me when I came back to clarify a question. Also it was very hot in the rooms."

"Beautiful location, very well decorated, loved the metal work scattered throughout the building. The beds were comfortable, loved the view from the 15th floor. It was great having real creamer available for the in room coffee maker. This was a very nice place, but a few things kept it from being a great place. The internet connection was terrible. You never knew if you were going to be able to access it or not. This was between two Iphones, two Ipads and a laptop computer. Very frustrating, ended up having to spend have the time with my phone as a hotspot to get access. I wake up earlier than my daughter, and when I went downstairs to have coffee the first morning, the music pumped into the lobby where the coffee is was too loud, too uptempo, definitely evening vibe for younger folks, but not coffee appropriate for those of us wanting to wake up gently. And when everything else is this nice, why in the heck do you skimp for single ply sandpaper toilet paper? I'd rather pay an extra dollar a night and get something good! Other than that, I thought it was a good value for my stay, very conveniently located to Boston Commons and several very good restaurants. "

"The location was good, we found walkable places to eat at, check out Billy’s and get the pastrami sandwich. Room was clean and they were able to accommodate an early check in since we flew in on a red eye. "
