"Real hot breakfast available, room neat and decent , smoke free though people are smoking right at the entrance of the hotel and you can smell it on the hall way. They are not enforcing the non smoking environment compare to other hotels Around with the non smoking rule. Will recommend if you don’t care about the smoke smell from guest smoking openly around the hotel building."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Long Island visiting family. It is a perfect location on a beautiful green and lush golf course. The front desk team lead by Anne Marie are awesome. We want to recognize the wonderful customer service provided by Shelly, Whelsey, Akbar, Avhi and Elizabeth. They all went above and beyond to help our family. We so enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet each morning. There is a vast assortment of breakfast delights. Jocelyn is a new Manager who is doing a great job. She made sure to bring us a delicious cake to celebrate my husbands birthday. What a treat! The breakfast team is fabulous as they are so kind, caring and attentive. My son has a food allergy so they made sure he had what he needed each morning! Thank you Kevin, Charisse and Katie for taking such wonderful care of us! We keep coming back because of these wonderful people!"

"I come stay here almost every year past 12 years It is very convenient get away from NYC. The hotel is located beach front. Great view from beach front hotel. Food selections at restaurant and bar changed many times over years. Yet it remains constantly delicious. Overall almost everything in menu is good. View from restaurant is nice. My favorite is bar. Bartenders Lauren, Julio and Gwen always attended me above and beyond. Always busy yet super fast and courteous and friendly service. Special thanks to very efficient and great service of front desk staff, Shanon, Jeanette , Ruben and Marsha. "
