"The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. I love staying here—this is my second time at this hotel. It seems to be my go-to hotel now whenever I’m in New York. I also like that the location is very central and easy access to many restaurants and one train to JFK from Grand central station which is a few minutes walk away "

"I traveled alone, and arrived at 6am, so they checked my bag, and I went exploring until my room was ready, staff very accommodating. This hotel is old, and could use an update, the room didn’t have any creatures scurrying about, which was nice because I’m not use to sharing a bed with bugs. I’m a theatre goer, and this hotel is located on the same block with three theaters. All in all I’d stay here again"

"People hotel room all fabulous will stay again . 1 thing just a suggestion get rid of the cooler and make it a fridge . It is useless. 2nd my sister called twice and emailed twice to have wine and some appetizers in our room as a birthday surprise for me . No one ever got back to her . So that was a bit of a let down. "
