"Tired room but clean. The owners should let you know with the check in details that you will require photo ID and want a cash security deposit on the key card, as I had neither of these on check in."

I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."
