"The hotel was clean and nice for a weeks stay. Front desk was super helpful getting me an early check in. The bed was comfy and the pillows fluffy, and I’ll have to say that their wifi is probably one of the best I’ve ever seen. "

"Currently there is construction on the main street which could impact ones enjoyment of the town. The hotel itself was great and all of the staff were super friendly. I would encourage guests to call the property to find out the status of construction prior to booking."

"This is absolutely the most deplorable and disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Everything is broken, old, rusted, filthy, and completely unacceptable. No words can describe how unsuitable these conditions are for any human being to sleep in. I had to leave immediately after arriving because it was that bad. I booked four nights through Expedia for a work trip and spent a significant amount of money, only to walk into horrible living conditions. The photos online look nothing like the actual room. The entire property felt neglected, dirty, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unpleasant to deal with. The woman working nights was especially hostile and made an already terrible experience even worse. Instead of trying to help, they refused to provide any refund despite the unacceptable conditions. Unfortunately, Expedia also refused to issue a refund. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. I strongly believe Expedia should remove this property from their website because it is completely misleading and unfit for guests. I will also be reporting this hotel to the health department and every appropriate authority responsible for allowing businesses like this to continue operating. (Attached Photos)"

"The rooms, was ok. Not as up to date from the photos online. The heat was not working in the room properly - I would have addressed it, but I was there for only 1 night. Parking was great. Breakfast, can also use an upgade as well. "

"When i checked in, the person at the front desk didnt even look up at me at all during the whole process. The tub is my room wouldn't drain so I removed the cover to find a massive amount of hair that followed. I cleaned that myself and it was fine. The room also smelt weird"

"To start, the rooms were absolutely beautiful. The decor, cleanliness, views, coziness of the beds…I could go on and on. The skyline view of Cambridge was beyond compare. Plus, the restaurants were within minutes walking distance and sooo good. Lastly, the check-in process with our host turned out to be the friendliest, kindest, and most gracious experience, I have ever had, in my decades visiting Canada. Hands down (and Canadians are super nice, as is!) I would recommend staying at The Laundry Rooms to everyone far and wide."
