very nice hotel！

Room was clean. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, it had a nice variety to choose from.

The Derby City Gaming & Hotel was so clean! I felt secure with the safety to access my floor. The staff (Keke) was very welcoming and made check-in great. Bonus: I love to watch the horses train in the morning.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were super friendly and got me in to my rolm very quickly.

Wonderfully quiet facility even though you're so close to the airport. The rooms were very spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and neat as a pin. Holiday Inn really has an eye for detail and does it right. Front desk was pleasant, but not bubbly. This could be improved.

Last minute stop on the way home for a long road trip - couldn't have been better! Still had that new carpet smell, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was really impressive for being included. Planning to stop here next year as part of the plan.

Brand new and clean and efficient

In the middle of everything.

We enjoyed our stay here; everything was wonderful! We even loved the breakfast; it had vegan options. However, parking was street parking with metered time, which I think you should take into consideration.

We were there for Louder than Life Music Festival. First I would like to say the desk ladies the weekend of our stay deserve a raise. The room key maker that makes your room card key was broke our whole stay. That being said, the ladies at the desk definitely got their workout in steps, because they had to walk you to your room to let you in your room. It was also when Hurricane Helene hit. They were so nice eventhough you could see how exhausted the poor women were. The staff kept plugging...

The breakfast was good. Lots of options. I would recommend the blueberry waffles! Nice room.

Best hotel in the area. Staff was great. Our second time there.

Great

Hotel room was very clean, the service desk had amazing staff. The valet was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the bar staff was very friendly at night. The only down side was the fact that the beds were not comfortable. They are old and outdated and have a large dip right in the middle.

Was clean, staff awesome!!! I was so greatful of parking there fir a week's vacatiom. My highest appreciaton for our stay and happy, friendly staff!!! Very refreshing in the world today!!!

Quick check-in and efficient staff.

Very clean hotel, modern facility. Felt safe as a female solo traveler.

Excellent breakfast, check out wasn’t until 11, even shuttles to Kentucky kingdom if needed!
