"Absolutely wonderful staff, we got upgraded to a suite which was a bonus as it was our wedding anniversary. Treatment area is absolutely amazing and so relaxing, you can sit pre and post treatment to relax. Treatment was amazing!! Despite us being informed that a member of staff was off sick in the morning, so my husband and I had half the treatment time each, it was still amazing. Lunch was decent and breakfast was cooked upon request and tasted good. Thank you for a memorable experience!! The only downside was that there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to get a cab to the nearest one which proved a nightmare when trying to get back around 11."

"beware room 10 is very small, although its a double bed it is pushed against the wall and only a narrow walkway arouund the room and no where to put luggage, Other wise all okay, with very nice provision of tea tray and toileties, and helpfull happy staff, rooms need a bit of decorating been here before and will do again"

"Great value for an overnight stop over with my family. But the toilet was teeny and no use for a tall person like me! Staff friendly and beds comfy, room a bit tired and no fridge. Good overall experience."

"Overall very good, nice location if your traveling further south as it just off the main A303, plenty of parking, nice room clean and well presented, with all the normal tea,coffee and TV, quiet location and an Indian restaurant next door if you want to eat. On the down side room was let down by the rusty towel rail in the bathroom, which needs replacing badly as it's unusable and dust and hair on the bathroom window sill. Would I stay here again, most certainly, just not in room 1 purely because of the bathroom."
