"Clean rooms. Big rooms. Comfy beds. Can hear people in hallways passing by. Small hot tub but worth having. Water slide is good for kids. Pool available. Hash browns were soggy. Some days get bacon and down days get ham. Egg rounds are not good but omlette with cheese is tolerable, yogurt. Coffee, water juice. Small gym. Overall would stay again."

"The location of the property was wonderful! Great view of surrounding lake and area. The front desk area (once you fought to hold your breath through the outside cloud of cigarette smoke) the check-in ladies were wonderful! If you don’t have a cube for your USB charging cable to a plug-in they will provide one. There are no direct USB cable plug-ins. Our room (327) upon arrival smelt slightly sour and air circulation poor. I checked a/c filters (as I do each time I check in at any hotel room) and found them totally plugged. I cleaned them myself and both issues dissipated almost immediately. Our shower was inoperable from arriving to departure. Toilet SLOW fills. The ladies admitting one to the pool area were absolutely stellar! They were so detailed in Care instructions and so very friendly. The shower area appeared ‘tired’ but totally functional. The pool area had white loungers which were wonderful, however the black stained armed and broken slate ones should have been replaced. On the pool floor itself there were several area of broken pieces gathered in spots that were painful to step on if not noticed. The pieces that patrons placed on the walkway edges were picked up daily, but apparently those small piles are not vacuumed up at all. Sad. Spoke with regular attendees who all said “place is definitely needing a facelift.” Beverage machines on each floor take only coins ($3.50/bottle) so make sure you bring your preferences beforehand."
