He said he could try for 2 and he moved things around and surprised me when I arrived at 1 with a room that was ready for hours at that point. I was able to get ready in perfect time for the wedding. We even talked about how my chat made him laugh because i had asked to speak to a live person because I work in a hotel and recognize the auto replies. I was worried I sounded rude but he thought it was great. Great room. Beautiful hotel and wedding."
