TOGETHERNESS
BOOK A WEEK AND STAY THAT 7TH NIGHT FOR FREE!
5 spacious bedrooms (3 kings and 2 sets of twins).
4 full bathrooms with 2 jetted tubs.
Fresh linens always.
* Additional mandatory charge to Renter's for housekeeping to be paid prior to your departure in CASH.
Very comfy large sectional with flat screen SMART TV
Wood burning stove in middle of large family room which splits into 2 separate entertaining areas.
All the "stuff" found in your own kitchen are here. New Washer/dryer, refrigerator, Keurig, stove. Mico eave, and more. Kitchen opens to spacious dining room that seats 8-10
Mud room downstairs: Line up those skis and boards or hiking, fishing & kayak/canoe equipment.
Heated 2 car garage. Ahhh!! Also an additional garage fits 2 more vehicles.

Private location on 2+ acres. Wonderful and serene views of Mt. Snow and surrounding woods seen from many bedrooms and family room. Sunset is also beautiful. Large wrap around deck attached to a screened-in enclosed Gazebo. Listen to the running river bordering our property. Double Adirondack chair on bluff overlooking the river. Wine and cheese are special here during the summer and fall time . Head down to the lawn at our fire pit with 4 genuine Adirondack chairs. More chairs in boat house. Check out those stars. Our property includes nature's beauty at it's best. Hike down with the kids and explore the surrounding woods along the river's edge. Find the trail along the stream. Very cooool.

We are very close to the VAST trail system for snow mobiles, cross country skiing, mountain biking and hiking. If you want to take it a bit easier then take a 15 minute stroll around Edward's Village Loop at the end of our driveway. Walk down to the main road (5 minutes) and hop on the free 'Moovers' shuttle bus heading one direction to the mountain or the other direction toward Wilmington.

Easy walking distance to movies, restaurants, pizza, retail shops, massage, nail salon and post office. It's a 3 minute drive to the mountain or 15 minutes by bike. You can also take the free shuttle MOOVERS bus.

20th Century Stuff: Real darts, puzzles, books, board games.... Yes we have scrabble and monopoly. 5 hard tail bikes are available. Canoe is ready for use. Play croquet and horseshoes in the yard. Stereo system with ye ole JBL speakers :-)

21st century Stuff: Wireless internet, strong cell service, 3 tv's, Ipod attachment to stereo system, DVD's and CD's to choose from.

Mt. Snow has many things to offer besides the mountain itself. There are all kinds of festivals throughout the year including art, music, wine tasting, beer fests and local food tasting from the restaurants in the Valley. Nearby bluebery fest and garlic fest are alot of fun. Recent additions are the Tough Mudder's Weekends in May and July. Coming back soon is the Mt.Snow Blues Festival in August. What a success these weekends have been. Enjoy our flea market down in Wilmington during the summer and fall seasons. Scenic drives nearby to do all kinds of things. Plenty of lakes to choose from with all kinds of water sports nearby. We are happy to recommend some.

Great winter weekend getaway

Booked this house for a ski weekend at nearby Mount Snow. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't end up skiing - which made the comfort of the house all the more important. House was plenty big enough for the eight of us. Large living area, nice wood-burning stove, and lots of old-school games kept us entertained, and we had great family time.

Great House for a Family Ski Vacay

Our family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Grossman House. Our host, Andrew, was very organized and friendly, suggesting restaurants, slope parking tips and generally making our stay THE BEST! The house has a HAPPY feel with plenty of games and activities for kids, while room for the adults to sit in peace. The bedrooms are well appointed. And with a large group, the number of bathrooms was especially useful. I can't say enough good things about our stay. We look forward to returning to this property either later this summer and/or next winter.

Great location and heated garage

Property was great and only 6 min drive to the Mt snow clock tower. Was easy to drop people off. The heated garage is really nice if you have little kids so you don’t need to worry about warming the car up

Great stay close to Mount Snow

Great location, lots of space

We had an awesome stay at Andy’s house for New Years with our extended family. The space is amazing for multiple families with everyone getting their own bedroom and bathroom space. The living area was also great for our large group. The location is unbeatable- 5 minute drive to mount snow and literally every restaurant within a mile radius. If you read the other reviews, they’re pretty accurate. There are lots and lots of personal items but it made the place feel homey and we enjoyed looking at the various memorabilia in the house. The kids loved having access to so many games and puzzles. Overall, we had a great time!

Quirky Family Vacation Home

My friends and I had an excellent time at this spot with great access to local hikes, breweries and all the other outdoor fun you could ask for a relaxing summer weekend. My friends and I came up to celebrate a special occasion and it was a lovely 2 nights. Be ready to deal with an overly-communicative property owner. The owner called me no less than 3 times leading up to my stay, and they like to talk! Don't get me wrong, they provided excellent recommendations for the area (too many to count) and asked excellent questions to ensure we had a lovely stay - but by the end of the weekend I had spent over an hour speaking with the owner - this is too much to expect from your guests! Be warned you are staying in a family home, with lots of knick-knacks, chachkies and framed family photos throughout. It is a lived in and loved space. And there are notes EVERYWHERE in the house warning you about small details. It was like a scavenger hunt trying to uncover them all. It was too much - every wall, surface and scrap of paper reminding you that this is not your space. I was surprised the owner didn't show up mid-way through the weekend to check up on us! If you plan to cook during your stay, be warned about a couple things - first there is no gas or charcoal grill - we had to cook over the campfire which worked out well enough but was not what we had planned for or ideal. Secondly, the fridge is large but the owner keeps several shelves labeled "Personal", so space is limited - not enough room for 9 people spending the weekend, luckily we had coolers. Final thoughts and feedback for the owner - consolidate your notes about the property and recommendations for the surrounding area into a binder for your guests to review, and spend less time speaking to them directly - update the VRBO page with the most important info. Get a second fridge (there's plenty of space in the garage) so that guests are not inconvenienced by the limited space. Buy a grill so your summer guests have a space to cook large meals outside. Finally, consider putting your personal affects into storage - guests want to feel at home, which is not possible when there are photos of strangers in every room of the house.

Such a great stay!!

Quintessential ski house that is perfect for 2 families. Andy was extremely helpful and accessible. The house is clean , close to the mountain and laid out very well for socializing and sleeping. The house is clearly owned by ski lovers and perfect photos to make make ski- lovers out of your children too! We would visit again!”

Viewing Vermont

Six from TX truly enjoyed our stay at Grossman house. We all had plenty of space with bathrooms for each couple. The fire pit in the yard was great for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows. We had fun card games in the screened in gazebo. The location was beautiful.

Vermont vacation house - great for family or small groups

We had a great time at Andy's property. The house is very comfortable, somewhat rustic, but has everything you would need. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the property is absolutely beautiful and the wrap around porch is a great place to enjoy the Vermont sunsets. We spent a week here with family and had a fabulous time. Very convenient location right off of 100, but completely quiet. We enjoyed the firepit outside and walks down by the stream. There is lots of great hiking nearby and is right near Mt Snow if you go in the winter. The owner (Andy) was always available for any questions and had great suggestions of fun things to do. If we rent again in this area, we will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Ski House

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a weekend of skiing in Vermont. Perfect location less than 10 minutes away from Mt. Snow, enough space for the 8 of us, and all the amenities one would need to be very comfortable. Truly a wonderful weekend stay and a place I will always keep in mind if I am looking to go on another Vermont Ski Trip. 5/5 - would rent again!

Fabulous stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in West Dover. The property is gorgeous, located in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to Mt. Snow. The house is homey and so perfect for a family. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the 4 full baths make it really easy to get everyone out the door in the morning. The many games which the owner allows us to use are perfect during those dark winter nights. The host graciously fills you in on necessary details to make your stay extra easy and comfortable. He makes you feel welcome before you even get there. Thank you Andy. We so enjoyed staying in your lovely home!

Excellent!

The property has more to offer than what you see in pics. It was an awesome experience down the trails to the waters... mount snow isn’t far too... over all awesome. Some negatives 1- trash disposal is approx 2 miles away and you have to haul it yourself 2- there were a few personal items in fridge. Expected it to be empty. But these are negligible.

Amazing property in great location

The house and all of its little touches was truly amazing. Clearly this is a well loved and enjoyed family home (rather than just a rental investment property with some basic ammenities). So many cool examples of art and decorations inside and out. Amazing deck with amazing views. The path down to the brook was great. Proximity to Mount Snow and other shops/restaurants was super easy - yet the the property feels very private and tucked away. The owner is extremely welcoming and hospitable. We all had a great experience!

Comfortable and beloved home

When the first friends arrived, they sent "omg so cute. you did a great job picking the place" to the group chat. It's honestly true. We could not have found a better location. Andy's place is a true family home, comfortable and well taken care of. It has a great kitchen, enormous living space, and pretty pretty much everything you'd expect for entertaining a bunch of friends (or kids!) in the summer or winter. We played chess, did a puzzle, cooked on the fire, grilled, waded down in the stream, went hiking to Hamilton Falls, cooked several delicious meals. Would recommend the above itinerary to anyone staying here. I slept extraordinarily well...... I'll also say thanks to Andy for being so easy to communicate with and generous with sharing your place with us.

A gorgeous roomy but cozy Chalet near the woods of West Dover, surrounded by lush green vegetation.

A peaceful and welcoming getaway with family and friends. Andy was very hospitable and provided us with information about the home ,area and activities. The home was beautiful, with so much light from the skylights and tall windows , it was also very clean and spacious and equipped with every possible amenity for your use and comfort. We had a wonderful stay and will be going back for another visit if allowed.

We will return!!

Myself and a few other friends stayed at Andy’s property for the weekend, and it was really the best house we could have chosen. The house is packed with games, movies, stocked kitchen, and has the coziest vibe. The path Andy made down to the stream is awesome and makes it super accessible to explore. Andy went above and beyond for us with communication and flexibility, and we will remember our weekend forever!

Family & Friends Retreat!

I cannot say enough good things about this property & the owner. It was some my first time ever skiing and Andy went out of his way to give advice from rentals to getting to the slopes early with the kids on the magic carpet. The house was a perfect size for several adults and kids. The boys loved the games, pictures and puzzles that are hanging on the walls. The location was perfect- walking distance to restaurants and bars and minutes to Mt Snow. We will definitely look to rent again from Andy- the house was everything we wanted and needed.

A Very Comfortable Home!

Updated kitchen appliances, fabulous wood burning stove, and great proximity to Mt. Snow make this an excellent place to stay. Andrew was great at communicating and responsive to any issues. One caution - it has much more of a "home" feel than a usual rental. Plenty of room for four couples and 3 kids.

Fun ski getaway

Andrew was very responsive and helpful. Location to mountain was excellant. Plenty of games to keep busy with after a long day on the mountain. I would go back.
