"We were totally blown away by for us a perfect cottage. It was spacious & well equipped. No local facilities but major town of Bideford was 6 min drive away. Yes you could find small bits of wear & tear but nothing took away the complete feeling of total relaxation. Yes we would & will book again."

"Such a lovely place to stay. Down a country lane and nothing around. The cottage itself is beautiful. Comfy snd beautiful surroundings. You get there and just breath. Get away from the hustle and bustle of town life. The attention to detail from the lovely owners is great. You have Lynton and Lynmouth and Ilfracombe about 45 minutes away. Easy to get to and worth it. You have South Molton and barnstaple closer. Barnstaple is nice for shopping."

"It was a lovely self- contained property for one or two people. I think it would feel crowded for any more. The hosts even bought a new TV when i couldn't watch the Olympics on the old one. The games room was great but if I hadn't known the people in the cottage next door, I don't know how i would have gained access. It was a lovely peaceful stay with everything I needed and very kind, helpful hosts. "

"We've just returned from a wonderful stay. The cottage is beautiful. The children loved the games room, tree house, trampoline and hot tub. "We stayed from 25th Aug-1st Sept. The property totally exceeded our expectations which were extremely high. The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. I cannot recommend this property...

"Nice little house in a peaceful village perfectly positioned for Ilfracombe & Woolacombe. The pictures for this property make the house look much bigger than it is. We struggleed with 4 adults and a 15 year old as one of us was sitting at the table at all times as not enough couch space. The upstairs of the property is amazing and well thought out. Downstairs needed a good clean! Dust everywhere broken blinds and we all had either dirty feet or socks off the floor after a couple of hours. Owner...
