"Stayed 3 nights, room was clean, staff were great. Ferdinand at the restaurant was amazing!! So friendly, knowledgeable of the area and very kind! Free shuttle to lower broadway was great, Jim the driver was very knowledgeable of the area and provided multiple options for great food near by!"

"The staff members from the manager to the valet parking staff were all very nice and pleasant. They showed us respect and courtesy. I loved to hear their greetings with smiles. Our room was clean and nice and more than 3 times as big as our usual hotels! The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom is HUGE. We really enjoyed our stay in a vacation mode . "

"Great stay overall. Although there was some construction happening, I only heard noise briefly and it didn’t impact my experience. The staff at the Loews are always friendly and helpful. My only con, though it’s understandable is the cost of parking. There’s no free parking, and the price difference between self-park and valet isnt noticeable, but expected for the location. Room was clean. You can tell it needs some sprucing but it good shape- I would assume that’s what the construction is for. I felt comfortable. The hotel is in a great area with plenty to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville."
