"I booked a spa treatment and it was the best part of my stay. I reserved a handicap room which I was given that had no grab bars. I found out at checkout that I was given a hearing impaired room by mistake but because it was booked by Expedia no offer to make whole. Food excellent, entire staff very friendly...they really help you celebrate special occasions. I will go again but with a few changes in accommodations."

"The room was clean and recently remodeled. The breakfast was delicious, which was a pleasant surprise. It was real food, not microwaved stuff. Speaking of which, there are no microwaves in the rooms, only one in the lobby. There is a can, which we used to get to the airport when we left, but I don't know the schedule and don't recall it being posted anywhere.
