The home is perfect for family groups with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths located just 7 minutes from Purdue University. The open floor plan features a large living room and an oversized kitchen with gas range You'll also have use of a full laundry during your stay. Fiber high-speed internet & wifi will allow you to stay connected during your visit.

Additional guests can be accommodated if they don't mind sleeping on a (provided) queen size self-inflating air mattresses, or the oversized couch.

Note: The whole house is available to you, save for the garage, and bedroom closets.

Special requests for early or late arrival or luggage drop-off can be likely be accommodated, so please include those in your booking request.

Our group just had a great stay when traveling for a Purdue football game. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The house was clean and perfectly equipped with bonus supplies left in the refrigerator for us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Cody's house is a perfect spot to bring a small group for a weekend trip. We went there for a Purdue football game and we're just a short ride away from the stadium. He was very responsive and left a welcome package and dozens of small, handwritten notes around the house about how to use it. Very good experience and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great time at Cody’s house. The home is bigger than in looks in pictures and was comfortable, clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The neighborhood is quiet, close to Purdue, and near a big supermarket & Starbucks which was handy. The HUGE kitchen was great for cooking for our family - we appreciated the coffee, tea , and extras. The beds were very comfortable and we loved Google home! Cody was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolute blast at this house over Purdue's Homecoming weekend! Cody went above and beyond to make the property feel like home, and he seriously thought of everything to ensure our comfort during the stay. The fridge was stocked with beer upon our arrival, along with a hand-written welcome and instructions for using all of the home's appliances. When one of our guests realized he left his headphones at the house after the trip, Cody even coordinated to return them to one of my friends who lived in the area. Overall, it was the perfect weekend and we will absolutely be back!
