"Pool area with hot tub and steam room were lovely and a real bonus Breakfast was ok with staff attentive Hotel was conveniently situated at Hatton Cross. You can take the Piccadilly line one stop from Heathrow at no charge. However there are no lifts at Hatton Cross so carrying potentially heavy luggage up two flights of stairs may not be the best option for some travellers"

"Very convenient to Heathrow. We arrived at Terminal 5, took the bus (free) from Terminal 5 to 4. Easy walk to Premier Inn from the terminal. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food & service was very good. We made the reservation 6 months in advance for a superior double room, check in time was 3:00pm. We checked in at 3:05pm, was told they did not have a superior double room available for that night, only a regular room was available. Not sure of what the price difference would be but the regular was fine."

"Room was comfortable and cosy. It was soundproof and not too hot. There was no coffee maker as advertised but a kettle. One socket didn't work unfortunately. The swimming pool is nice but smaller than we expected. Plus they had a lane closed for swimming lessons. The sauna was not very hot. Staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good, great selection"
