"Very comfortable room, posh hotel in a beautiful setting with Thames River walks just 2 minutes away. Rates were surprisingly reasonable given the location. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town. Restaurant was a little pricey and had limited selections for dinner, but the food was great and the view from the dining room is unsurpassed."

"This stay was nice and cozy. Not a lot of leg room, but it worked great for our visit. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Colindale station and lots of food places near by. We ended up buying a metal spatula as the plastic one was crumbling and getting into our food, we left it at the place for the next guest. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. Simon was very good with communication and answered any questions that we raised. Thank you for letting us stay."

"It is an excellent property, great condition in a beautiful location. I chose for access to Uber boats an over an under land. The pool is awesome, great view too.Due to a booking error we were bumped to a suite. Great views of the harbor, seperate sitting room. Comfy bed, awesome bathroom, modern bidet. The staff were very friendly an polite. There did appear to be communication issues between the depts, (It took 2.5 hours to get out luggage). The handyman was excellent he swapped out our broken...

"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even...
