"The Selwyn is such an excellent hotel. It’s beautiful and quiet, despite the planes overhead. The bed was comfortable, the shower/tub was wonderful. I loved always having bottled water in the room. The breakfast always surprises me. Both continental and a menu you can order from. The staff is beyond compare. They’re so friendly and willing to make you as comfortable as can be. It’s nice to be so close to the Tube. I’ll definitely be back again."

"Great hotel run by very helpful staff- beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely. Excellent breakfast ! We will be back!"

"2nd visit . Great as before except that the bed in the new wing was possibly smaller . a murphy bed & no mini fridge . However do love the location and cleanliness . A great hotel ."

"The room was spacious, and the mattress comfortable. The room was freezing cold, and I didn't get to speak with anyone to get heating. The duvet is very thin, so it was a cold stay. Also the shower wasn't great. Good water pressure mostly, but it did drop so the shower was more of a trickle than a shower. Plus, the shower wasn't all that clean- dusty and water marked."

"The Petersham has a lovely riverside setting in Richmond, and the surroundings are the best part of the stay. The location is hard to beat for walking along the Thames and getting into Richmond. The rest of the stay was uneven. Shower was terrible, no fan or AC in hot room. For the price I expected a more polished experience. It's a good place to stay for the setting, but I'd want a few details fixed before I recommend it without hesitation. Three stars."

"السعار ممتاز ولاكن الاستقبال في فتره الصباح غير متعاون"

"Everything was fantastic! Great staff & a very comfy stay. Great location for accessing London with the Elizabeth line being a 10 minute bus ride away. I did have an issue with my ironing board being broken & the tv wasn’t working when I first arrived but informed reception & both issues were rectified within 20 minutes so no complaints at all 😊"

"This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!"

"Anna was fantastic at check-in and ordering a one, kudos!! Food was excellent."

"The Kew Gardens Hotel was perfect! Just around the corner from Kew Metro Station and the cutest little “square “ with lots of great restaurants and shops! A Tesco open from 7-11 was perfect! Coffee shops, easy access to the city, and Kew Gardens!! It has a lovely pub on the main floor that serves breakfast etc… I am so glad I picked this one!!!!"

"Really convenient location. Easy check in process. Helpful staff during the check in (Patrick)"
