"Located in a nice area and 5 min walk from the train station. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. Rooms are small but well decorated."

"It's an older hotel, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the room was a good size. Location is brilliant for arriving by Tube and for visiting Kew Gardens. Dinner was also very tasty and good value."
