Right next to the Turnham Green Station, it wasnt as loud as people make it out to be, next to a beautiful park. Staff was super friendly and gave us everything we asked for (more towels) and always made sure we had everything we need. It wasn't the cleanest but i specifically checked for any signs of bugs or insects and there was nothing. in general a nice stay, cheap and simple.
Dirty, there was nothing in the room besides the bed, not even a chair or a little table.
Convenient location near the underground.
The owner was kind, but unfortunately the hotel remains what it is.

Great value great location
Room was small but adequate. Clean sheets and fresh towels provided daily. Location was perfect as right next door to Turnham Green Tube station and 2 mins from Chiswick High street. The downside is that some may find the noise of the trains disturbing but it didn't bother us. Access to rooms via narrow stairs but not an issue for us. Great value for money place to stay for 1 or 2 nights with easy access to central London.
Stay was fine, functional, did what it said in the tin! Would stay again, I had earplugs as room room was beside underground line but it was not an issue for me.. comfortable bed and friendly reception person when I say them, no one on reception full time but there is a number to call.

Functional and comfortable. Water pressure was very low and the shower continued dripping after turning off
Grubby entrance, very narrow stairs up to 1 room and a treck up to the other. Small room with nothing but 2 beds. Curtains hung up with string. Bed was comfortable and clean. En-suite small but serviceable. If all you want is a bed for the night for £50 then that's what you get.
This is a very cheap hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are basic and functional, there is no level of comfort. I called to reception to ask about heating on the second night and they said they would send someone up. They didn't - and I had to sleep in my coat as it was so cold and drafty. There was an amenities tray with tea bags, not refreshed after the first day I used it. Bed linen is sheets and a thicker cover over the top, not a duvet. The location is super convenient for Turnham Green tube, and Chiswick High Road. Staff not visible at any time, reception unmanned. If you want a cheap basic room, it will be fine.

Great room, but needs a little bit of TLC.
The room looked nice, and we didn't encounter any issues at first. Everything looked great. However, the main issue was at the middle of the night. We woke up with bed bug bites on our skin, and the bathroom ventilatior fan was very dusty. It needs a good clean.
The staff member was friendly and helpful.
Overall, not a bad stay. Just needs a little bit more TLC.
The place is located directly next to the Tube station, which is nice for quick transport to the inner city. However it is loud.
The Room wasn't cleaned properly, lots of dust under the bed and some weird stains on the blanket. Only a tiny part of the window opens, so in Summer the Room is impossible to cool down and you wont get any fresh are.
The reception is not staffed for most of the day. So proper check ins and check outs arent guaranteed.

Great bed, Lots of ambient noise.
Good things first!
-The bed was amazing didnt think we were going to sleep well but we were wrong.
There were also quite a few free instant coffee with sugar and creams.
-Right next to the underground tube station, which made it really easy for traveling around London.
- Great water pressure with 2 stream options.
-Right next to a lovely park and lots of families walking around at night. Felt safe!
- Felt safe and like if I was traveling alone as a women I'd be just fine there with no trouble.
Downside -
- Very small room, so small it didn't have a armour or closet for our belongings.
- The walls are dirty like just grind from hand, agree, and not being scrubbed. There were also splatter spots from something well hidden on the one walls lovely wallpaper.
- Fan in the bathroom dodgy work so it stayed hot like a sauna after a shower. Making it awkward to use after.
- it is right next to the underground. I am sure if the window was on the right side of the room i could have reached out and touched it. This also means Tram noise every couple minutes all day and late night.
*Overall the experience wasn't negative but it didn't have the wow of memorable factor.*
The radiator was on full blast and could turn it down in the room. Had to open window and call and text them to turn it off. Eventually after 3 hours it went off. Was a sauna and so uncomfortable to be in. But eventually cooled down
The towels had a weird smell to them, and the room was not really taken care of. The area around it was probably the best thing about this place, right next to Turnham station, easy to get access to all over London
Located in a lively neighborhood, very close to transportation the hotel offers clean room nice beds but the rooms are quite small and lack a desk and a chair for the travelling professional
I was not there i booked and due to some reasons i have arranged to go out of london i tried to cancell my booking but non refundable cancellation is not allowed how the bad service is this seriously in london city area hotels are like that bad experience.
