Front desk was always courteous and helpful. Restaurant was top notch and inviting. An excellent place to form a base camp halfway between Heathrow and London. Beds were comfortable and great for recovering from red eye flights from Washington.

Everything was amazing. Great room, great staff, the restaurant and bar serve very affordable and quality food and drinks. The location is good, close to 2 stations that can connect you to the city center and relatively close to the airport. I loved the location because the neighbourhood is tranquil but there are good shops and restaurants around. Whenever I’m back to London, I know exactly where I’m staying.

Staff were great from the moment we arrived. However, on our final day I noticed my sweatshirt was missing from our room. We reported this to reception thinking it may have been picked up with our dirty towels the previous day, however there was no note made and nothing was found. Apart from losing an item; we enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were quite small but it suited what we needed.
