"It was a welcome respite of cleanliness and rest before heading home the next day on a long flight. Many places in England were dirty, moldy etc. (frankly third world cleanliness apparently came with new owners everywhere) and it was a pleasure to completely unpack, repack, shower and sleep well before the early next morning leaving. I highly recommend this convenient location, facility and staff."

"The inside looks alot better than the outside, nice and spacious trendy and has a spa that we didn't use. Rooms were trendy, nice and spacious and beds were comfy. Despite being surrounded by main roads and low flying planes surprised how quiet the rooms were. Nice full English breakfast and fruit and pastries were enough to keep us going If you have a flight to heathrow, hatton cross tube station across the road and one stop away from Heathrow airport"

"The hotel is in a great location for the airport however it is slightly dated and the rooms were worn but was good for the price. When we arrived the check in wouldn't work and there were no staff around and it did take a while for someone to come and help us, we had to go find a member of staff. I would recommend for an airport stay though."

"This was probably one of the smallest hotel rooms (for a modern hotel) that I've ever used. It lacked any real storage and we had a hard time looking for a place to put suitcases. Although probably fine for one night, we stayed 4 nights and the lack of a true closet and any drawers made the the room seem even smaller. The staff was fine and the included breakfast was adequate."

"I liked the standard of service and the condition and cleanliness of the rooms. I did not like the absence of any charging port next to the bed. In this day and age, this is a huge omission. Ive stayed here before and mentioned this before. Nothing changes"

"Stayed here before the long flight back to North America. Was perfect. Bed was really nice, room was large. Quite. Perfect for an airport stay. Hoppa bus didn’t take too long. I would stay again for sure. Had the executive suite."
