"It's an older property, privately owned. Fridge/freezer (dorm sized), microwave, bed all clean. Bathroom was clean as well. TV was DirecTv so there were plenty of channels. We did not try the on property restaurant but it smelled fantastic. The hotel is very close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. About 90 minutes to Homer, 15 to Kenai, 60 to Seward. Right on the middle of the Kenai Peninsula to make a few days of it. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast room was clean. Breakfast is exactly what it sounds like- continental. Oatmeal, cereal, bagels English muffins, things like that. It'll cure the hunger til you get to where your going for all the halibut and salmon you'll eat!!!"

"Beautiful place to stay, Great Alaska vibe! When we all walked in the floor to ceiling windows on the main floor with the view was spectacular! Very clean! Loved having each bedroom with a bathroom and a sliding door to the backyard! Tina was amazing to answer any questions and great details before we arrived! Loved having music in the house! The location was great and will definitely go back🍂🎣"

"Our stay had both positives and negatives.Cons: The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, and we ended up using our personal hotspot for most of our stay. The fishing poles provided were old and not very usable. There were also no life jackets available for the boats, which was disappointing. Communication with the host was slower than expected when we needed assistance.Pros: The view was absolutely unbeatable and was the highlight of our stay. Parking was easy and convenient. The cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of five. The full kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the large grill and extra freezer for storing fish. Having a washer and dryer on-site was also a huge convenience. The location was fantastic for anyone looking to explore southern Alaska.Overall, despite a few shortcomings, the property itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and in an incredible location with stunning views."

"I can not say enough good things about this property!! Besides having the most breathtaking view ever, it was clean, had everything you could want or need and was cozy in the best ways possible! One of the days I water colored the beautiful view. A different night we played Alaska-opoly while watching a moose walk in the background, with the rain falling all around. My boys took the boat out to fish on the lake. It was close enough to everything but far enough away to feel secluded and quiet. 5 stars in every way!"
