"The house, location, pool, beach - we loved everything! We were there in August and we saw the turtle nests being marked out - right at the bottom of the pathway to the house - it is so, so lovely! The children LOVED the pool (so did we) and the house has everything we needed and more besides. The host (Nikki) popped by to say hello just after we arrived and was kind and responsive to messages we sent with any queries. We had a day trip to the Kennedy space centre and then mostly just lazed...

"The proximity to the beach and being far away from large hotels made it feel like we had our own little private spot on the beach. Carol was very communicative and helpful. The hot tub had some issues and she made sure it was repaired and were able to enjoy it for at least part of our stay. The house felt homey and clean. "

Simply put, the location was phenomenal, the condo and its view beyond compare, comfortable, supplied with everything and to include pool and beach items, the pool was warm, clean and wonderful, the beach was private, the balcony was neat, other guests were wonderful and our whole family loved it loved it loved it and will be back again!"

"Great place! Right on the beach. Not crowded at all, and the water was great. Turtles came up every night! Kids had a great time swimming and fishing, and the house was clean and well kept. We brought and cooked most of our food there, and there were plenty of pots/pans to cook with. If you are planning on fishing on the beach, go to Black Dog a couple of miles down the road, they were fun to visit with and helped my son get everything he needed to catch plenty of fish! Overall great experience...

"Property was well located with private beach access virtually alone on the beach. House clean except for throw rugs and quiet with other units occupied. Biggest problem was the bed. It was HORRIBLE! Aged mattress topped by topper plus 2inch foam pad. Neither fit and were sliding off the mattress. Suggest for that price level of the rental and the large "Host fee", you include a decent king size mattress for that large bedroom. Overall, inconsistent with other Vacasa rentals we have used."
