"Our room was across the hall from a meeting room. A breakfast buffet was set up 5 feet from our hotel room door with people going through the line filling their plates at 7:30 in the morning. It woke us up long before we needed to be up to check out. Also the balcony in our room is so dark that we couldn’t read or eat at the table provided . The staff were all very helpful and friendly. "

"The hotel is in a great location, in walking distance to the historic Beale Street, Fed Ex Forum, the Civil Rights Museum, Blues Hall of Fame, and the Riverwalk just to name a few attractions. The decor has an industrial vibe and there's a huge game/lounge area on the first floor. There's also a rooftop bar and pool that we didn't get to use. Staff was very friendly and our room was updated and clean. "

"No hot water and low water pressure for almost two days. Never stayed at a hotel where I called for towels and hand soap and had to go to the front desk to get it myaelf. That was "Different." I wouldnt stay at this hotel again."
