This our second time at this house. It the perfect location for our long weekend for shows at the Amphitheater. The house was clean the yard is private and perfect for lounging in the pool all day in the hot July sun! I would recommend a few of the basics like extra garbage bags and paper towels to have on hand for guests but other than that we hooe to be back next year!
Overall this was an excellent and local spot. We stayed here for a 5 day vacation and everything was very enjoyable. The pool has a waterfall feature which creates a nice ambiance. As mentioned - you will need a car to get around, but it is a short drive to downtown Palm Beach and also the public beach access. There’s also several stores and a Publix nearby which was a plus. Rooms were decently sized and the television also lets you connect during your stay to your own streaming services. Others have commented on the house being within the airport flight path, but we spent many hours poolside and it was not an issue. House has pool/beach towels, but does not have any additional beach supplies such as chairs / umbrellas so that would be something to consider if you are traveling to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Roaches!
The place was in a good location and close to shopping and beaches. The owner was also very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions and concerns. Unfortunately there were roaches in the house. We saw the first one on our second night there in the upstairs bathroom and then saw more on our fifth and sixth nights. I contacted the owner after we saw the first one and he had someone come over the next morning and spray. This didn't really help as we saw more later in the week. It made for a very uncomfortable stay knowing that one could be anywhere in the house. Other than the roaches the place seemed okay. There was some clutter and clean up needed and the couch seemed a little dingy and dirty. We won't be back there.
Great property, very close to shopping and other fun things! The pool was beautiful, and we loved being in the backyard. One thing though is the beach is not close enough to walk, we had to drive every day that we went.

Nice place
Nice place, bathrooms were separated. Planes and noise but didn't bother us. Missing some kitchen supplies but overall we were confortable.
We enjoyed the home feel of this house! The backyard was beautiful and pool with water feature was relaxing! It was clean and and had lots of towels! Appliances were updated! Easy onto highway 95 , we came down for spring baseball!
Home is little aged but okay for a few days.
Home is right by airport so if you plan to hang outside prepare for loud planes every 5 mins for majority of day and night.
Ricardo communication was great. House was nice and good location. The second bath is downstairs so be comfortable with sharing upstairs bath most of time. Pool area is perfect, nice pool. Airplane noise can get frustrating but tolerable and kind of a neat thing to see how many planes go in and out all day.
On the listing for this property it stated there was a hot tub that was nowhere to be found as well as a picnic table and chairs. We were also told there were beach chairs we could take to the beach however the only “beach” chairs there were broken.
The house itself was very nice and very convienent!

The property was quite comfortable with a cozy living room, spacious bedrooms and kitchen and wonderful private pool with lounge area. The location was a bit farther from any accessible beach and the bikes which were listed were not available so you had to drive to any local destination. It would have been more relaxing if not for the constant airplane traffic which routes directly over the house every few minutes and the planes are low. The neighborhood was nice, and we took advantage of a local restaurant Lynora's which you can walk to. I would have added an extra star or two if not for the deafening sound of airplanes all day. I'm sure it is something you can get use to over time, but not when staying for several days.
This is an interesting 90 year old property in a neighborhood that is changing from its working class roots. Can't beat the convenience to downtown West Palm Beach less than 2 miles to the north. Or cross the causeways just minutes to the north or south and you are on the Island of Palm Beach. My wife enjoyed exploring the unique shops nearby on US1 and Palm Beach.
The photos accurately portray the house. Nice hardwood floors, A/C & Heat worked fine (cool spell over Christmas!). Downstairs, the Living room doesn't have any table/reading lamps, and the couch is basically the only downstairs seating. TV and WiFi worked fine. The kitchen was well stocked. The new refrigerator was equipped with an ice-maker, but it was not connected to a water outlet. The downstairs bath is obviously a newer addition with a tub - no shower - and laundry.
Upstairs, three bedrooms shared a roomy bathroom with a nice updated shower. No en-suite here. Beds were in good shape, although we felt the master king was very soft! Plenty of closet space.
This is not a luxury property however. Doors squeaked, towels were mix & match variety, bikes were old and had flat tires, and this was probably the most recently updated property in the neighborhood. We didn't use the pool due to the season, and needed to add water twice. Instructions as to how to use the combination door lock would have been helpful. But, as prior comment mentioned, owner communication wasn't the greatest.
Overall this was a decent value, but we'd probably look elsewhere if in the area again.
Nice property. Pool had a leak but it was easy to fill, pool cleaners came by early and that was nice. Door code did t work but was resolved before we could even try more than a few times. Maybe better instructions on how to use an electronic lock (some have different steps). Lights in the palm trees made for perfect lighting, grill was ok.
This was an awesome stay! in town for baseball tournament and it was perfect to have a house to crash at - with a POOL!!!! it was relaxing and felt like home.
We booked the property for Thanksgiving and stayed a total of 5-6 days. We arrived late Monday night and left early Saturday.
The beds were very comfortable, and the place very clean.
The issues we had were the following- and just want to be transparent for anyone staying here:
Ricardo was not the best communicator. I say that because on Tuesday when we woke up, we. noticed the pool was dirty and didn’t have enough water. When we reached out to him, he said he’d have the pool guy come in to take care of it... which we thought was a really nice thing for him to request since he mentioned they normally come on Wednesdays (which also has something To say about how this wasn’t even done before we checked in). Anyway, the pool guy came and all he did was remove leaves from the pool... which we could’ve done ourselves. After he left, my husband reached out to Ricardo to find out if the pool guy would be coming back to finish cleaning/ filling up the pool/ and even if they had put chemicals in (because we had our 6 month old with us and didn’t want to bring him into the water if the pool wasn’t done)... and never responded back. The pool guy never came back either.
To me this was very inconsiderate since we are renting a place with a pool in order to use it. But did not get to since there was not enough water and it stayed Dirty.
Another thing was the owners left their car inside their long driveway- which was not an issue- the issue was that the cover they put was too big for it, so when wind blew, it would raise the cover and trigger the sensor to the light in the back of the house. So if you were watching tv in the living room with the lights off, the outside lights would turn on every 3-5 minutes and blind you.
Last but not least- our reservation was until Saturday. And on Thursday evening, while we were having Thanksgiving dinner, my husband received a text with checkout instructions for Friday morning because another family was going to be checking in Friday and to make sure we were out.
Of course we were shocked and worried. So my husband texted and called immediately to make sure that he had our correct reservation and to see if he sent that by mistake. Unfortunately the house was overbooked. When we tried to confirm that we were not going to be surprised by someone else showing up, he never responded. Luckily no one showed up other than the cleaners. They were not notified by Ricardo that we were not checking out, we had to do it.
