"The Study @ University City in Philadelphia PA was just fantastic!! The bite itself was clean, the rooms were clean and the Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was also awesome. The area outside of the hotel was also clean and safe. Nice area to go for a walk during the day or evening. Just an Uber drive away from down town and you can enjoy the historic town of Philadelphia. Everything and everyone was just great!"

"The valet Jimmy was our first contact at the hotel and he was awesome! The desk receptionist got us checked in quickly and was very nice! Our room was handicap accessible and I didn’t ask for that. I think it should have been saved for someone that needed it. Just my opinion. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were my favorite thing. I like that they offer breakfast."

"The rooms were nice and the staff friendly and helpful. There was some elevator maintenance going on that made getting to the parking garage difficult. The parking garage was a challenge to navigate with narrow lanes and posts everywhere."

"The house is lovely. Brian was an excellent and attentive host. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently remodeled. There were snacks and wine, tea, and water available in the evening. Because the room I was in did not have an en suite bathroom (although the bathroom was private), bathrobes were provided. I understand that most rooms in the house have en suite bathrooms. Limited parallel parking was available on the street at night; daytime parking was limited to 2 hours from 9 am...

"Very nice, very clean updated 3rd floor apartment with amazing rooftop patio and many thoughtful amenities. We loved our stay here! The host has thought of everything you could need. The location can't be beat. It's just 2 blocks to the subway station, on the border of Penn and Drexel, cute and shady neighborhood Park just a block away. I highly recommend renting here! The host was very responsive at all times."
