"We had a 12-night stay and the breakfast options never varied. Same eggs, same potatoes, same sausage. Not to say that is terrible but some variation would be appreciated. Like scrambled eggs or sunny side up and bacon instead of sausage and potatoes cooked in more than one method. Also, the fruit selection was apples. No oranges ever or any other fruit. Still a decent breakfast but a little monotonous The hotel was otherwise very good . Have stayed here before and enjoy the location and friendliness of the staff "

"This is my 3rd time staying at this wonderful home. The house is always clean and well stocked for your needs. The host Mike is the best. He always responds quickly to questions and concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit Maricopa. It is a home away from home"

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Modern Guest Suite ! For the 2 of us it is a nice open space w/ a comfy sectional sofa. The bathroom is very nice w/ drawers for storage and a beautiful glass shower w/ rain head. The king size bed was very comfortable and the walk in closet provided lots of storage for our clothing & suitcases. It was perfect for us & so much nicer than a hotel room. Great prompt communication with property owner. I most certainly would stay here again!"
