The substantial deposit was paid directly to them, not a typical hold charge on the card. Had an issue with the parking, a car was in our space & when we asked about it, they said park anywhere & it would be sorted the next day. "I wouldn't recommend this to anyone it was booked for our guys working away it was disgusting our guys sent pictures to me of all the problems & i had to look elsewhere as they wouldn't stay after 1 night i was initially told by the owner he would charge us for 1 night & refund us 3 nights & he said that to hotels.com so we checked out & he then renayed on the refund "
