"We arrived at The Bridge a couple of hours before check-in, not expecting to be able to get in but, as we were going to a gig at Wembley, we just wanted to park up and let them know we would be checking in later. The gentleman on reception (sorry, didn’t catch his name but he was Scottish) was extremely helpful and went to check whether the rooms were ready which they were. He also advised us on the best way to get to and from Wembley and was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again. "

"We recently stayed at the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park and had an absolutely brilliant experience. The location is superb, just a short walk from all the major attractions in New York City, making it ideal for exploring everything the city has to offer. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with breathtaking views overlooking the skyline and city below. Waking up to that view each morning was a highlight in itself. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by Cyril at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care added a personal touch that made all the difference. He was always ready with helpful suggestions and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. "We recently stayed in a room for four adults on the third floor and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable—everyone slept really well. The staff stood out for being genuinely helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. I was impressed by the little touches in the room, like all the different power sockets and USB ports, and there was plenty of closet space for our things. Parking right out front was convenient and reasonably priced, which made things so much easier for us. The location is perfect if you want to explore London. There are some great restaurants nearby, plus both the train station and the bus stop are just a short walk away—we found it really easy to get downtown. Breakfast was fantastic each morning, and overall, we left feeling like we got more than we expected. If it were possible, I’d give them an extra star. Highly recommended!"
