The substantial deposit was paid directly to them, not a typical hold charge on the card. Had an issue with the parking, a car was in our space & when we asked about it, they said park anywhere & it would be sorted the next day. "The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. Everything one needs to prep and cook meals was provided along with full size appliances. They also provided everything needed to make tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.
