"Unfortunately the desk clerk billed me upon arrival, eve though I had booked and paid through a third party booking. I got a refund within a few days. The hot tub is fantastic!!"

"Great place to stay close to the airport. We needed an early shuttle to the airport, before breakfast was scheduled to start, but they allowed us to raid the pantry cabinet and get some pastries to take on the road with us. Very clean, very polite staff, nice restaurants just a block away. Free shuttle a definite plus."

"Decent hotel with a few issues. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, we did have a few issues with the room. The main lamp in the corner of the room had no bulb. There were ants in the bathroom. We had a two queen room with sofa and trundle(sleeps up to 6). There was no extra bedding for the sofa and trundle bed; we had to call down for it. There were only three full size towels in the bathroom (we had 5 people); we had to call down for extra towels as well. On the plus side which has been missing since Covid, they did ask if we wanted our room serviced the next day. That was nice! However, they restocked with only three towels again."
