"We had a good experience at this VRBO! It was convenient to times square, good food, and broadway shows. It was a little tight inside but perfectly fine for sleeping. They provided us with ear plugs, extra towels and sheets, and shampoo and conditioner. Communication was great, we got responses right away. The location felt pretty safe, in the back part of the building with multiple doors. Would stay again!! "

"I have stayed at many short term rentals, absolutely horrible! The master bed was broken so my 82 year old dad slept on the floor. No place to sit. We placed all of our things on the other bed and was charged an extra person. The fees were added on later and there is a notice stating it’s illegal to stay in the building. I will be contacting VRBO to recover some fees!!"

"While the place was great. There weee issues with the amenities and communication. I do not wish to be responsible for the water leak from the air con, there was absolutely no toilet paper, the garbage disposal while installed did not have ANY switch to turn it on to our dismay. No garbage bags provided Just things that can be corrected. "

"The apartment is small, but fit our needs as we were basically there to sleep and out being tourists most of the day and night. (2 adults and 2 young adults -- both 20) The location was perfect. Walking distance to theatres, times square, sooo many restaurants and subway when we needed it to get across town to Brooklyn. Alex was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay."
