"Beautiful historic home right in the village of West Tisbury; easy access to the bus station, historic general store, library, playground, and art gallery. We had a slight hiccup with the air conditioning units early on but the owner/property manager was great and it was fixed quickly. One bedroom did not have an AC unit which complicated our stay a bit (child’s room) and the cleaning crew showed up an hour early on the last day (9 AM although check out was 10 AM) and hung out in the back yard...

"When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...
