Deep water lot, (depth matters) on Lake Keowee with Double dock, tons of entertaining space, a 3-tiered landscaped backyard, including a firepit, this is a great Family retreat. On the main level, the great room and kitchen/dining room are open. Two king bedrooms on the main floors. On the lower level, great room, with min fridge, Shuffleboard, foosball table, outdoor ping pong and a sit down two-person pac- man game, with an additional 60 games, and board games! 1 queen and a bunk room with 2 doubles and 2 single. Outside on a rack near the water are 2 paddleboards, a canoe, and two double kayaks to use with the rental. Fully equipped house with bath towels and linens included! Plenty of parking, and also 4 comfy couches to sleep on if you have extra guests! 4 bedroom/ 3 full baths. Our boat is in the middle dock but you can tie up on either side. Gas grill with propane outside! 2 night minimum!

Great spot with the kids!

The location was great and the house was perfect for two families w boys! They loved swimming off the dock and using all of the kayak/paddle boards…and the bottom floor of the house was perfect to entertain them once the sun went down! Thanks for a great weekend at the lake!

Family vacation

Three generations had a wonderful weeklong stay at this property. The kids enjoyed everything from the games downstairs to the kayaks and paddle boards outside. Very convenient spot to restaurants and marinas on the lake as well. Beautiful view from the deck!! We took full advantage of everything offered and would definitely stay here again!

Family weekend

Very nice home with nice dock and water area. Easily accommodated our family of 10. Kitchen has all you need. Beds are comfortable. The yard is under construction, so a rainstorm turned all to mud, ruining a couple kids shoes/play clothes. The owner warned us after booking that construction was running late. One day it will be nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in and out process was super easy. Deborah was great with communication, responding to our messages within minutes. Our time down on the dock was unforgettable. The kids loved jumping from the upper dock, using the paddle boards and fishing in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook and grill. The house completely met our needs! The kids stayed downstairs in the game room when they weren’t down on the water, which meant it was quiet for the adults upstairs! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Very clean home on a nice cove. Beautuful landscaping, the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds comfortable with extra pillows. The paved walk to the dock made it convenient for older adults. The fire pit area was very nice and shaded, we enjoyed morning coffee or there everyday watching the lake. The house is well stocked with games and the owners very receptive to communicating with any issues. 10/10

Excellent!

Overall our stay was pleasant. Some areas show a need for some reconditioning but overall those areas didnt outweigh the great that came along. We canoed and fished from the dock, we swam in the clear water of the lake. The fire put area was great and being able to grill was good too. The cookware in the kitchen met the need. There were a few things that could be improved: living room tv had no network connectivity, the cornhole bags were not complete or at least we couldnt locate the full set, the cookware was badly worn down, the ps3 got the kids excited but no joysticks worked, the lighting in the bathroom at the top of the steps was very dim. Again, none of these minor things detracted from the experience. They were all "nice to haves" that would have pushed this proper more towards an elite status. Overall, excellent stay!

Lake Keowee

My family enjoyed the stay and overall was a positive experience. The outside fire pit and landscaping is nice. The upper deck on the dock is perfect to watch the sun rise. I would suggest an exterminator to spray inside and out. . The deck has a lot of black ants and with small children we had to be careful. They could take care of spider webs in the screened in porch as well. The lighting downstairs has quite a few ceiling lights out. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Graduation weekend

House was great, Deborah was a great host. Lake view and dock were so much fun. The kayaks and paddle boards could have used a good cleaning and some new paddles, but great otherwise fine.

Wonderful family thanksgiving

We came down for Thanksgiving weekend and spent Thanksgiving at Deborah's house. We had the best thanksgiving! Her house was stocked with everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner, this was not expected but a wonderful surprise. She knew we were coming down for a special family weekend and she went out and bought more fishing rods for the kids to use. The place was beautiful and the lake was calm and peaceful. Outstanding view from the deck with coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would stay here again... Maybe next time in summer where we can swim in the lake not just kayak.

Lake Keowee lakehouse

Perfect house for our annual family vacation. Location was perfect, house was loaded with everything needed for fun for all ages. There are two separate gathering spaces - the lower level kept the kids entertained when we weren’t on the water. Plenty of parking spaces for two boat trailers and several cars. Outside space is beautiful and offers lots of options - deck space, dock space, covered area with ping pong, fire-pit and shoreline access. House was very clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Our family really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely rent again!

The description of this property was spot on! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials that you need, and then some! The addition of the kayaks and paddle boards was a huge hit! I highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying here again!!!

Gorgeous Lake Retreat Home - Perfect for Family Reunion!

I cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. It is a beautiful home with a huge backyard and incredible lake view. The basement area is amazing with 4 bunk beds (two of which are full size) and a separate guest room and full bath. Upstairs is a master with a full bath and another guest room with full bath. We had a multi generation college graduation celebration for my daughter along with my 87 year old father. The kitchen had everything you could need with tons of plates, glasses, etc. There are two separate family relaxing rooms - one on main floor and one in basement. And the basement is filled with games - foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, jenga, board games - and a sit down video game with Galaga and other games (could not get my husband away from this) Thank you to our wonderful host Deborah who communicated with us beforehand extensively. It was an amazing visit, and we wish our daughter was staying to get a master's so we could rent it again!

Great location

House was perfect. Three adults and seven teenagers… Great porch. Great location on the lake. We had terrible weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the actual lake but it was peaceful being there.

Beautifully landscaped lakefront home

Beautiful quiet cove location with immaculate lakefront yard. Perfect home layout for our two families of 5, very well appointed kitchen too! Kids and adults both loved the downstairs games/ping pong. The fire pit was also a hit as we were lucky with slightly cooler weather for s’mores roasting. The double dock was also great, although definitely could use some tlc as there are def a few boards with splintering… but it didn’t discourage any fun. Would def book again

Keowee weekend getaway

Perfect place to sit on the deck and look at the water. Great dock for fishing and relaxing. Easy drive from Clemson, I-85 and Greenville. Plenty space up and down stairs.

Wonderful Lake House

Met our family here for a mini reunion. Lake house was amazing and as described. The games room and paddle boards are great additions to keep the kids busy. House was very comfortable and felt like home. Very nice for two families. Lake keowee is amazing!

Nice Home, Great location
