The primary bedroom is a retreat in itself, featuring a king bed and a private bath. Two additional bedrooms provide versatile sleeping arrangements: one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over full bunk bed plus an extra twin bed. The finished garage has been transformed into a delightful game room complete with a pool table and a 50" TV.

Renters can enjoy the Acres of Pines Beach on Lewis Bay just half a mile away that provides a private gated parking lot and a dedicated parking space. Additionally Seagull Beach, Yarmouth's largest and most popular beach, is a quick 2-minute drive. Downtown Hyannis, Hyannis Harbor, ferries, great shopping, restaurants, and activities for everyone are only a few moments away for after beach fun. The kitchen was very well stocked for all cooking needs which was a plus. The only thing I didn’t love was walking into the rental for the first time and the floors were definitely not cleaned thoroughly. We also had to purchase garbage bags bc they only had 2 available. Overall, we would stay here again 100%.
