Hotel was renovation this year, yes, room is clean and stylish. Also provide everyday room cleaning service. Staffs are so friendly. Parking is easy and feel safe. The location is excellent, walking distance go eating and shopping, vary restaurants are nearby. Will back again.

We had an amazing stay at the Uncommoner. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was very comfortable, my only complaint was the pillows were not very comfortable. Other than that the property and room were kept really well. I enjoyed a nice swim in the indoor pool. It was also conveniently close to everything! Will come again.

This hotel is gorgeous and I love the theme decor. It looks luxurious and a little exotic. Our room was in the Moroccan building and the decor was gorgeous. The room is not big by any mean and the bathroom is tiny but the decor and the comfort of the bed made it comfortable and we loved the details. The pool area looked awesome but we did not use the pool area. The grounds are lovely. We did not use the cocktail / bar area. We had a very nice stay.

Loved how this property has different areas to lounge in with views! An indoor and outdoor pool that was not busy at all. This hotel is still in the process of opening their restaurants so we didn’t get to experience that, but the spaces look beautiful and we can’t wait to come back when it’s finished.

This place is a gem! I throughly enjoyed myself for their opening weekend. The owner P was amazing! Very hospitable and gracious. The property has two pools that are as deep as 9ft and as shallow as 3ft.The rooms are themed and decorated immaculately. A great stay all together.

Our room was very nice and clean. We had a problem with our tv and they came immediately to fix it. They are still under construction but it will be a nice place when it is totally done. The fire pit area is very nice.

we loved the place. even though it was not fully opened ,no place to get breakfast or snack . the pools were beautiful and clean . one thing that was a little scarey there were not many people staying there.but we will go back next year as long as they keep the price the same. I would put another chair in the room . no closet just hooks to hang your clothes very friendly

The Uncommoner Hotel is a perfect name. It is not your typical hotel room on Cape Cod. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a clean, European-inspired aesthetic—sleek, modern, and incredibly inviting. Everything felt spotless and well-maintained, which instantly made the space feel comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was large and well appointed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—one of those mattresses that makes you want to sleep in a little longer than planned. Check-in was also a breeze, quick and effortless, which I really appreciated after a long day. The sweetest touch of all was the Valentine’s Day surprise: a heart-shaped towel arrangement with rose petals on the bed. It added such a warm, personal feel and made the stay feel extra special. Overall, The Uncommoner Hotel exceeded my expectations—thoughtful, stylish, and truly welcoming. Highly recommend! 💕

Brand new super clean bathroom, cute room with updated decor, comfy bed and pillows. Front desk staff was very nice and cute lobby area. A few cons that took us by surprise. The ac unit was old, terribly noisy and blew fierce noisy air on and off all night. We were in the first floor and our upstairs neighbors were up at the crack of dawn- their plumbing sounded like it was right next to us- toilet flushing and noisy upstairs shower. No insulation between us and them. Was hoping to get a good night sleep but didn’t with the noisy ac, noisy neighbors and loud other people plumbing. I would rate a 3.5 but had to pick between 3-4.

This is a great hotel/motel escape from corporate hotels. Two pools (one indoor), up against a river and near the beach. Great staff. Huge parking lot that can accommodate motorhomes or trucks. Only downside is the highway in front of the hotel is loud (but not very noticeable inside the room). Ask for a room in the back end of the property and you have lots of peace and quiet. Good for families. Not many activities in the area but a short drive to much and a great home base.
