"Overall the hotel and room were very clean. However, the coffee machine in our room had some disgusting white substance that seemed to be growing where you pour the water in. My wife was having trouble getting it started so I pulled up a chair to stand on to pour water in and that’s when I noticed. Thankfully I was able to see inside because it was placed high,had I not used a chair to stand on we would not have seen this. Other than that, great hotel and will return and would refer friends."

"This is a great option for a stay in Edmonton. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. We received breakfast during our stay and they had multiple dining options on site. It was very close to amenities and main roads but incredibly quiet at night. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The staff are always friendly! We like the location. The rooms are nice and clean. They have so May options for their complementary breakfast. Depending on when you go for breakfast some times are busier than others. We always stay there whenever we are in Edmonton!"

"My stay left me feeling good. I gave 5 stars because the front desk staff was very good. This is an older hotel that is going through some renovations. Once complete I’m sure it will be great. My room had been renovated but wasn’t complete. I was given a room that I didn’t book (queen with kitchen), I booked a king room. It was clean and the bed was fine. New appliances looked nice and everything was very clean. The staff refunded me a portion of my night cost so that was awesome. They did it without me asking, I just went to inquire if I was given the wrong room by mistake. It was already a great price so I wasn’t expecting anything. All that said I wish they would have advertised it was under renovation. I wouldn’t have been surprised. I will be looking for this property in the future as long as the price continues to reflect the stage of renovation it’s in. There is plenty of parking and food options close by."
