"Simple check in process, in a lovely lobby with a great wee bar and breakfast area. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, and most importantly the shower was top notch. Honestly, difficult to fault especially given the location. We parked in the multi storey, which is about a 5 minute easy walk away. The dog charge, which was £20 per dog per stay stung a little for our one day stay, but the free dog treats and towels were a great touch. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. "

"Stains on bedding, curtains, rugs, grout. We must say: Staff member Alan was EXTREMELY GOOD. He helped us in many ways. Thank you Alan. Other staff was not very helpful. Just the bare minimum effort. We were in a very bad room ( very bad!) our first and only after complained were we assured that we would get a better room that matched what thought we purchased. The better room had a non-working TV and poor shower pressure. The shower soap and shampoo was almost empty and the pump on the container was broken. We were too tired to keep asking for our expectations to be met. Maybe we just should have paid more for a good room? Breakfast was not included in either of our TWO separate stays. We really gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. We hoped for a view, or a fan etc. we did finally ask for a fan and the front desk got it for us. During our first stay of 6 nights, housekeeping forgot to clean it. We complained about this and got a free beverage which was a nice gesture. The location is nice. Staff could be reached by phone with questions which we liked."

"Great location, bed was comfy and room was clean. The reception staff seemed to be more interested with arguing with each other, mainly caused by the lady in the back office than tend to my checking in. The blinds in the room were terrible and the bathroom curtain window was hanging off. Floor boards very creaky. Parking a nightmare. Breakfast was great the first morning but only ok the 2nd. Restaurant staff were excellent. I would stay again as the price compared to other hotels was excellent. All in all a good stay. "

"The hotel was well presented, very clean and welcoming. The rooms were decorated to a high standard, with good quality furniture, nice clean bedding and fresh towels. Shower was good and toiletries were there for use. Parking at the back of the hotel . The evening meal and breakfast were very good and well presented. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here."

"This is an old hotel right next to the train station. It was very convenient for me to stay the night before my trip to Glasgow. I booked a cozy single room for the night. The room is very tiny. The bed is very tiny. But that’s what I booked. So it shouldn’t have been a surprise. The Bathroom was surprisingly large given how tiny everything else was. The towels were nice water was a bit lukewarm. There was a heated towel rack which was nice. The shower is also very tiny.The bed was comfortable even though it was very tiny and I managed to sleep a few hours. I was really pleased that the window opened. It was perfect for a while so before continuing my trip of Scotland. I was able to leave my luggage while I wandered it round Inverness again. So really this is about convenience. Under the same circumstances I would stay again but perhaps book a room with a bigger bed."

"The staff was wonderful, very nice and quick to respond. The outlets by the bed are quite old and did not work with my travel adapter. I had to get an extension cord from the front desk in order to be able to use my breathing machine. "
