"The entire reason we booked there was to have a nice swim and a hot tub… hot tub was closed off, no discount on the room. Wasn’t very happy. Breakfast was average - no fresh fruit… "

"Rooms are lovely. Robe is plush and cozy. Quality coffee and free bottled water. Would appreciate the park n fly discount info prior to arrival. Continental breakfast would be a plus but it’s a great location and always clean. "

"Rooms where clean. Bed was a little hard. No extra pillows or extra towels unless you call. Upon check in, was more ..I don't know informative and talked at you rather then regular customer service pleasantries. Security on each floor and stared at you as you walked by. "

"i stayed in an suite at hilton. the furniture was faulty , like they bought it off temu as the desk was wobbly and the coffee table was flimsy too. as well it was hot in that room even when we had the ac on. other than that it was okay i guess"
