"I struggle writing a review about our stay here. On arrival day there was a a water main break and the water park was closed and this was clearly wreaking havoc on their days, it was tense and managers were yelling at staff. The next morning the power went out, again impacting the entire hotel. Those things were out of their control, but their reactions were not. I could overlook those. But what really got me was when I tried to put my kids to bed and pulled down the sheets. Needless to say I had to request all of our bedding be changed. I would not stay here again, we left before our second night, it was chaos at the front desk so we couldn’t even talk to anyone. "

"Good service. Airport shuttle was on time. Did not appreciate the intoxicated woman that was allowed to enter the lobby at 3:30 am."

"Parking is ample.. staff were friendly.. the water park was ok.. the hot tub was not working, and I was hoping to utilize that. Little disappointed in the amount you spend for a room and there’s no complimentary breakfast. Coffee is $4.25 for a small cup and if you get breakfast it is added to the “great price” of $7.99. The food is ok, the beds were comfortable, however they have the worst pillows. Big lumps of polyester which resulted in a very poor sleep. Not to mention the room was right beside the elevator. Heard every person throughout the wee hours of the morning… room 617. I was hoping for a more comfortable stay but ended waking up unrested and disappointed in the coffee and their pillows. "

"We had a very long day of travel delays and didn’t arrive in Winnipeg till after 1:00 am. The Sandman shuttle was there to pick us up and take us to the hotel. The staff checked us in quickly and offered an extra hour to our check out to give us time to rest. The room was wonderful and our experience with Sandman was amazing. Thank you so much "
