"Checked in at 2 AM after a very long day of travel. I fell right to sleep. About an hour later I woke as the furnace was loud and loudly. I thought I could sleep through it, but wasn’t able to. I got up to shut it off, but I’m sure the other people had all the buttons on it were smashed. At 4:30 AM I decided I was going to check out, but instead just laid their angry when I told the front desk in the morning, they just kind of said sorry."

"Breakfast was fresh and lots of good options. Staff was great at making sure everything was well stocked. Parking was good and safe. Good lighting and lots of spots. Our room was clean and spacious. Our towels were clean but had some stains on them. I advised staff and they came and replaced immediately. Staff was very aware that there kids being allowed to run freely up and down halls and had security on every floor trying to babysit these kids...unfortunately this isnthe parents fault not the kids and the hotel was doing its best to ensure we had a pleasant stau. This morning i had to leave the breakfast area as again due tonlack of parenting same kidsncame and came and ate their breakfast in barefeet as did the parents. I was really upset as this is not hygienic and not fair to the rest of us that were trying to enjoy our breakfast. Unfortunately that isnthebway the parents came down just as we were leaving. This really spoiled our experience. It is very sad as the staff was amazing and trying so hard+ "
