Very centrally located and easy walk to the restaurant and business area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a bit difficult since it's self park, so street or garage. Overall a very nice experience.

The location of this hotel is excellent. You can park your car close by in a designated area without any problems. It is a charming hotel, very clean, with very friendly and eager to help staff. Breakfast was delicious. We walked from there to all the touristic sites. I would definitely go back there and I highly recommend !

The room was absolutely amazing and gorgeous view, less than 1 min walk to the beach, and great cafes close by. It also had great amenities - and paddle boards and kayaks that you can use! The owners were lovely, very kind, and helpful. Looking forward to coming back!

Food excellent at dinner in the restaurant and at breakfast. TV in the room a bit small.

My husband and I are loyal customers of this magnificent hotel. The staff is the finest, rooms are immaculate and so beautifully appointed, and the pool and vibe is 5 star! This hotel is incredible! The staff were very helpful at check in and during breakfast. The lobby area is comfortable and inviting. Our room was very comfortable and included many amenities, including a balcony with an amazing view of Karpinisi. The breakfast, which was included, was exquisite and featured many different food options, all delicious. The hotel is perched on a hill overlooking the town, which can be reached by the steps right outside the door. Parking was just outside the door....

Many nights I slept over in Patras, but never in such a warm, cosy and delicate room. The service is Excellent. The first night we asked for a cup of tea to bring up to our room and got tea in a tea pot and fresh cake. A friendly welcome and all without extra charge. The fridge had a platter with lots of fruit and a large water bottle also included in the price. The breakfast is served in the small - very good feel - lobby. There was no breakfast buffet but absolutly génerouse enough....

An elegantly appointed studio apartment. All of the finishes were high-quality. Very conveniently located to the central downtown. Easy access with electronic number system instead of keys. Overall a very pleasant day.

We booked a room for just a night. We were staying in Patras just for a night (coming from Delphi and heading to Olympia the next day). We didn’t have very high expectations as the pictures show a generic place. However, this hotel surpassed all expectations.
