"When first arriving, the staff at the front desk were helpful and explained amenities as well as what time everything happened. The room was very clean, and was well organized. The amenities that are provided at this location are awesome! Not only do they offer complimentary breakfast, but they also offer complimentary dinner with a drink card. Dinner was inclusive, with there being options for everyone."

"Our last night there we asked to change floors. They had fixed tubs and the glue smell was terrible. They did let us move. "

"We stayed one night as we were visiting the coast on our way to Chicago. This was booked following reviews that appeared on Hotels.com and whilst the hotel was adequate we felt that our experience did not match up with what other people have said. The overall area appeared to be geared towards families although we were there in mid April most things were shut. The overall feel of the hotel was average. We stayed in a suite with a view of the car park. In room tea coffee was available although paper cups which was a little surprising for the grade of hotel. The in house restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday and Monday this was not mentioned on the website and the only food available was from a snack shop with limited stock. Breakfast was continental but again tea and coffee was available using the same sort of paper cups cutlery was plastic. The website suggests breakfast is top rated not quite sure how. You are left with the impression that it was overpriced and not really worth the money we paid. "

"The hotel itself is fine, especially for the price. We had a major issue with the front desk staff. My son and I were attempting to purchase an ice cream from a freezer in the lobby. The desk clerk accused my son of stealing an ice cream and placing it in the pocket of his swim trunks. It was absurd. It did not happen. But he insisted and even made my son turn his pockets inside out in the middle of the lobby with others around. It was completely false, baseless, and humiliating. I was furious but just kept my cool and paid for our two $3 ice cream bars and left. My 11-year-old son was upset and embarrassed. I have no idea what the young man was thinking. He seemed a bit awkward during the check in process, but I didn't think much of it. But the ice cream episode was totally unacceptable. It's unfortunate because it totally tainted a good weekend for our family and an otherwise pleasant experience."
