"Brilliant location close to the masjid entrance for men and women. Well maintained with extremely helpful staff working to very high standards. Especially want to commend the dining staff. The food is fantastic including breakfast and the half board dinner option. I would highly recommend going for half board. A variety of options made with good quality and chef standards. They all work very hard and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Thank you"

"I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Makkah and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is extremely convenient for anyone visiting Masjid Al‑Haram — the access is easy, and the location saves a lot of time and energy. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. Staff were respectful and helpful whenever I needed something.Breakfast had good variety, and check‑in/check‑out was smooth. Elevators can get busy during peak prayer times, so planning a few extra minutes helps.Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay, especially for Umrah. I would recommend it for travelers who want convenience and a calm environment."

"One of the best hotels we stayed at in Makkah. Hotel staff was amazing, Alhumdullilah. Beautiful hotel and most importantly if you choice to there are you can pray in their two large musollahs, which is full with Believers. Alhumdullilah. The Brother’s area is overlooking the Haram, MashaAllah. I would like to add if you have mobility issues there is a small hill that might be difficult to walk or use a wheelchair. Alhumdullilah they do have shuttles that will transport you. I"
