"Great modest hotel affiliated with a larger full hotel. Big room, comfy bed, very close to the West train. We also had daily breakfast—nice buffet with a great selection, a little different each morning. It was awesome!!"

The location across from the train station was very convenient and the sound proofing of the hotel meant that the trains were not an intrusion. "The location is great that it is right next to the Grindelwald Terminal which makes your travel so much convenient. The hotel offers free breakfast and travel pass for bus travel which makes your stay even more comfy and value for money. The room is sizable to fit for family. Only thing to alert is there is no door for bathroom so be careful when you opened the room door, people can see inside the bathroom if someone is bathing (haha). The staff is not there for the whole day but as long as you check in before 8 pm, there will be someone there to help you. The view is great on top floor if you select the right level and right side as you can see the mountain at both days and nights"

"Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you."
