The LINQ Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination

"Our flight arrived at 8am and we had been up since 2am. They would not let us check in until 4pm even though our room was ready at noon. If you want to check in early it's a $45 fee which is just insane. The fee is for...nothing. The room just sat up there ready and we just waited in the lobby tired and desperate to shower. Such a scam and money grab. Any other hotel anywhere else lets you check in if the room is ready. That was crazy and not very customer forward. We booked a room for respite after a long day of travel and it was being witheld from us for extra money."

"Our room was clean. I found it strange that there were no hand towels or wash rags in the room, just full size towels. We had a great view of the strip from our room. Loved the self check in!"

"The room was better than I thought. The tram to Mandalay made the stay worth it. The check-in experience where you have to check yourself in was horrible and having to then just stand around waiting for another half hour for an email with a QR code to arrive was terrible. No updates no place to sit no water nobody to answer questions. I normally stay at Mandalay or the W or the Cosmo, and the checkin experience at Excalibur really validated it as a lower class hotel."
