"The room we started out in was way outdated and totally isolated in a separate building from all the amenities. It was located about 2 blocks way. There was no refrigerator in any of their rooms. The plugs were so worn out that they would not hold our phone charger or CPAP machine cords. I definitely will not ever stay here again."

"I have stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience. However, this time I booked the standard room with no upgrades she normally I have the one above standard. The regular standard rooms are not updated. The room was outdated and needed a lot of fixing up. Everything else was great. The pool is great. Staff is great. The shuttle is great. "

"I would suggest to avoid TI, the location within the strip and proximity to the Sphere are the only positive things to say about this hotel. The facilities are clearly suffering for lack of maintenance and upkeep. We even had cab driver comment that the owner does not maintain or make repairs, this was very evident across all areas of the hotel. Avoid this hotel! Also the pool closes at 5pm. Overall I would give 0 stars if possible, the hotel was run down. "

"The pool area was clean & service was great. The hot tub was not too clean. It would be better if guests were advised to return used towels so that other guests would know if lounge seats were available. The beds were comfortable. The room needs a thorough cleaning. A coffee maker in the room would be appreciated."

"Conveniently located in the middle of the strip to explore. Very busy but that’s expected, lots to do and see just inside the hotel itself. Room was clean"

"Bad experience. The washroom door was very hard to open and close. During the night, I had to wake up 2–3 times to help my son and wife use the bathroom. Even the commode lid was half opened, which looked very unpleasant."
