"Stayed here after long drive before visit to Reagan Presidential Library. Perfect place to relax, enjoyed outdoor backyard space (table tennis, corn hole games, hot tub, ample comfy seating) Kitchen has basic equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Driveway parking most welcome after long day on the road."

"Loved the property, great outdoor hangout spot enjoyed morning and evening. Plenty of room for two couples and one kiddo. Could have easily fit two more kids. Loved the bottle of wine with the welcome. Thanks for our stay!"

"Edan was a great host. Helpful and friendly. Very cozy nice place. The stairs were a little steep and unexpected, but everything else was great."

"Communication with Roland the host was excellent! Property fit the description well and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking, grilling, and fully utilizing the outdoor living space. The jacuzzi and views all around were simply magnificent!!"

Waking up to the Pacific, having breakfast overlooking the water, and being able to walk straight down to the beach made for a memorable morning. The suite was clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and...

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."
