"The hotel staff member who checked us in was wonderful. She was courteous and kind. She gave us the information we needed. However this “hotel” was more like a motel. The worst part however was we spent two nights here and checked out early."

"This was not as advertised at all. In our room the bedding was stained, roof falling in, the ac was not attached to the wall correctly(we could see outside), the flooring coming up, and much more. If we didn’t arrive at 11:30pm I would have stayed elsewhere. It was also hard to check in, all doors were locked. There was a sign saying to ring doorbell he bell which was also broke it was just the electrical part which I don’t think worked because I hit it multiple times and then had to knock on the window."

"There is no soundproofing in the room, and throughout the night we hear loud TV noise from the next room, which makes it impossible for us to sleep. Because of this, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who needs a quiet room. This issue needs immediate attention."

"I cannot give this place a more than better review. The staff is what makes this hotel the best in Central Florida. They are very friendly and efficient. Madison checked me in yesterday, she freakin ROCKS! Thanks so much. I will definitely be back soon!!"

"Since changing to motel 6, it has gone down hill bad. Last night I was awaken at 2 am by water coming down from the room above me. Never had this issue at other motel 6. I slept in my car instead"

"I checked in May 8 around 9 pm. When I got to room first thing was upside down dead roach on floor and a couple of room key cards on floor near door. I immediately turned on AC since it was still in high 80's. It blew air but no AC. I went to front desk and was told it was my problem and they were sold out. People partied and played music right outside my room past 3 am. I tried calling front desk and no answer. After never sleeping in the morning the desk clerk was very sympathetic and informed me they were not sold out and she would refund my money. She did her job. I am hoping I can get it back from Travelocity. If not I will never use them again. This property should not be part of there hotel offerings at this time. I am a seasoned traveler and do not expect any more than a clean bed and shower. 0 stars for Travelocity 2 stars for the hotel for at least trying to resolve my situation and being honest in the morning."
