"We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Kenny and his staff, We had a day a Chester races planned and were struggling to get a taxi so Kenny stepped in to save the day and kindly took us in his car. "This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. "Mould in bathroom also ion communal kitchen & possibly on render on outside wall No spoon or cups. The person in next room was using the landing as a shoe storage area. The person did not want to know about the mould & wanted me to cancel staying on a bank holiday weekend. With health issues I would have preferred to not to stay at all. The property could do with some maintenance."

"We stayed in the apartment which was really spacious, it is a fabulous house with well thought out decor. Cleanliness was second to none, so if that's what concerns you when travelling, then Eagle house is for you its spotless. Andy and Helen are great hosts and very welcoming.
