"Comfortable room. Very clean, nice firm mattress. Went down to breakfast but didn’t stay. Buffet area way to small, so crowded, eggs, muffins, yogurt had not been replenished. Seems like staff should be prepared on a Saturday"

"This place is just incredible. Grand Hotel is such a fitting name. It truly is GRAND. If you stay here, make sure you plan on some time just to enjoy the property itself. Bring a deck of cards and play in one of the many gorgeous spaces- near the fireplace, lobby, or even the amazing courtyard!!! Kids said it was the best pool and hot tub ever! Breakfast even for vegetarians was wonderful, and the room had ample sleeping space for grandparents, kids, and me (6 of us total slept comfortably)!! Don’t hesitate- this place is great, and Kai is so helpful!"
