"Couldn’t imagine a worse experience with the front desk staff who lied, tried to steal my license, and couldn’t care less about me. It was a version of hell I will never repeat."

"The only problem, there was not enough hot water, it started hot, it last a 2 min then it go to cold, I didn’t enjoy my shower, neither did my husband, but everything was okay."
