"A week before we arrived, I checked to make sure the pool was working. They said it was, but when there were a swim classes on Saturday morning, we could use the pool at the Element across the parking lot. We got there and the pool was out of service for the entire time of our stay. Friday through Monday. The Element pool was also out of service for our entire stay. We were very disappointed . The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. . I would recommend some sort of nightlight because when the lights were off, it was really dark. If you had to usethe bathroom in the middle of the night, it was pitch dark. The area around the bathroom sink is pretty minimal if there are two people. I can’t imagine taking a family to this hotel. The so called closet area was very small. It did not go side to side. It went front to back and was very shallow. My husband and I were going to an event where we had to take some nice clothes and there was barely room for them. The bathroom on the first floor near the lobby had no soap in the dispensers for the entire time that we were there, and the trash was never emptied although I did ask the front desk to take care of it on Saturday night. It was never taken care of. It was nice having a pool table in the lobbysince we could not swim and we had a little free time."
